Hi all in blogland. I have been looking at the last three blog entries written by the Prairie Dog himself. They seem to represent so much of what was good about him. The one on December 1, 2005 was a humorous piece he got from someone. It's good for a chuckle. Then, on December 2 he pleaded with Gary not to change his travel plans. This was his kindness and consideration for others. In his last blog he thanked some people for phoning him to wish him well and expressed his hope that he would soon be back volunteering at the Western Canada Aviation Museum. And the doggie cartoon is just so typical of his sense of humour. If you can stand it, read them again.

I still miss him every waking minute. Margot and I have not decided what we will do to mark the first anniversary of his death on December 16, but I'm sure we will think of something.
