Many sages swear by meditation. I'm inclined to believe them. Staring
at a wall for 16 hours just before bedtime can be very relaxing.

Now we have to convince Jack that he should rename his site to " the Ouseys from Tishomingo Page". All the news thats fit to print from the heart of Southern Oklahoma. Well, he probably won't post much either way but it was worth a try.
