The scenery is here ...wish you were beautiful! anon
..........

Well, we did it!... we actually found that the couple who were selling their RV were in the market for a small pop-up RV that they could take on short camping trips and maybe the odd longer trip. So we as much made a straight trade (they were asking $5600.00 for it and we paid $5000.00 for the pop-up last year so not too bad a deal) for the 1979 24' Holiday Rambler c/w toilet and shower, A/C, propane/electric fridge, propane ss 4 burner + oven stove, 2 twin beds and dining room set turns into queen size bed, loads of cupboards space., screened dining tent, 9' x 12' patio, large pie shaped secluded lot, c/w large storage bin, fire pit (marshmallows not included), lots of good and friendly neighbouring campers....whew. Needless to say we are excited at the prospect of getting out in the Rambler to do some camping. I have to go back to the campsite and retrieve the pop-up tomorrow and deliver it to those nice people we traded it to. They just live over off Avalon in St. Vital...not far from here. We knew that the trailer was for us when Suzie went in and laid down, promptly making herself at home. Life is good. I will send pics later.

Be cool my babies! keep jogging...er blogging
