I gassed up my lil Tyota yesterday. $25.00 @ 78.5 cents/lt (discounted by 6.5 cents/lt! from 85.9 cents/lt). Later in the day the gas went up to 91.9 cent/lt at the leading gas outlets (shell, esso,petro-can) but is staying at 82 cents/lt at the independant stations and that is reduces to 78.5 after the usual 3.5/lt discounts. In California, gas is about 82 cents/lt...it must be terrible for them! Of course gas prices in Europe have always been 2 to 3 times higher than it is in North America!
Anyhow, its a slow day Catherine is teaching at the "Island". She taught at the same class yesterday and would you believe it...she was doing some school stuff for a couple of hours last night! Making a game for a teacher at the "Island", a teacher that she had in her class as a student teacher.
Well, I am going to pop over to the new London Drugs that just opened over at the St. Viatl Mall. Later.....keep blogging, anybody?
