When my father died and my two brothers and I sat down to talk about him, we discovered that we were talking about three different men - and I had never met the other two.

Well, here it is wedding day. Lyn and Alan get married today. The food was being prepared at mission central (Carol's kitchen) last night. Noni and Carol were making a bunch of hors d'ouvres. I fail to see how all of this is going to be eaten, they must get real ravenous in Victoria at about 2:00PM in the afternoon. While Carol was making the food Gary and Lewis and I went out to the Victoria harbour to poke around ...we must have walked 5 KMS! We saw the Legislature and took a walk down Douglas street. I took a couple of pictures on my digital camera.
Last night Gary and Carol took us out to dinner at Romeos with Andy and Kathie, a real nice couple especially Kathie (she reads my blog!). She is not only beutiful but intelligent too!
Noni had a bit of car trouble last night, seems she is getting oil mixed with her antifreeze...not good. Her little 10 year old Saturn needs a new motor methinks. Mom and Dad came to the rescue and they are renting a car and letting Noni drive theirs. Nice couple Mom and Dad.
Wedding today.....excitement builds.....more later....I'll just be going along for the ride but it should be nice. Keep blogging.....
