Looks like Margot is going bloggy! Two recent posts. Nice to see!
Way beyond normal......
Alan and Lyn's wedding was held in their home this very afternoon! It was an intimate affair, with only family. There was a marriage commissioner who presided over the wedding. The ceremony was a very nice one, but called for a little too much participation of the bride and groom....you know, repeat after me, "I Alan, do solemny take this woman to be my lawful, etc...." It was also a little repetitious The bride was beautiful and the groom was handsome. Alan has two children and Lyn also has two children and all four 'stood up' for them as best man, bridesgroom, etc. Very heartwarming, indeed. Carolyn presided over the food preparation and dissemination like a woman possessed. All in all it was a great little wedding. Apparently they are having another get-together in June for "other than closest family"...not sure what it means but stay tuned for "Wedding Part Deux"! Stay tuned.........
Andy and Kathie were out cruising in their '82 mustang and they dropped into Gary and Carol's for a visit. Noni came over too, so I had better join them in the living room....sounds like they are having fun!!!
