The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity.

That Gary sure gets around! Apache Junction and Tortilla Flats! Tortilla Flats...I have heard of that place before though I don't know where? Western Chef..galloping gourmet? No, must be in a cowboy movie or sumpin'. Anyhow, sounds like a hoot. Well, he deserves to get some R & R...roamin' and relaxin'. He's worked hard all his life.
Well, today is another red letter day...the temperature is nudging 0 deg C and the sun is shinnin' ...life just don't get better than that. Life truly is a beer commercial!
Speaking of beer, I had a 'Two Rivers' beer the other day, its locally made, ans I could tell because the first beer tasted like the Red River and the secod tasted like the Assiniboine River! I can't say that around Al because he has shares in Two Rivers!
The temperature was about 2 deg c, last night and we decided to barbecue. a nittle nippy, but them steaks is gooood eatin'! couldn't see much out there and I burned the steaks a little, but with mushrooms and baked potatoes and a bottle of Lindemans bin 52 Cabernet Sauvignon on the table ...it was a meal fit for royalty.
Something funny happened in Canada this week. Stephen Harper, the old Reformist now running for the head of the new Conservative party of Canada, sent a letter to the aboriginal heads from all the provinces congratulating them on a 'special' day for Indians.......Unfortunately it turned out to be a special occasion for EAST INDIANS. Bwahahahaha.
I finally got Dreamweaver connected to the MTS web host and discovered the pages that Gary put up when he was here last spring.....how sweet it is. Actually with Windows XP it was not hard to make the connecion at all..I just put in the name of the host FTP.mts.net and it did the rest. Gary, ya oughta try this dreamweaver, its slick!
Well, better go and do the NYT x-word puz...Catherine is getting anxious to do it.
I see that good old Joel blogged! Good for you son! I can read about your ICK anytime but the whole thing sounds fishy to me! I hope you get it all straightened out soon.
KEEP ON (START SOME OF YOU) BLOGGING!
