Orville & Wilbur:The Wright Brothers' Legacy...
Check out the link above to see what all the international buzz is about. If you are in Winnipeg at any time in the next 10 weeks or so, then the exhibit is a must see! You will be remiss, if you miss it! An if you miss it twice, you will be remiss if you re-missed it!!!! I will be there all day Friday, Feb. 7th for the opening ceremonies.....all the High Mucky-mucks will be there, including some politicians (low mucky-mucks). I am looking forward to it, the whole exhibit is supposedly worth a cool Million BBBBuck, and that is Canadian! I will be doing an extra shift per week as a security person...I wonder if I will get to carry a gun?!?! A pointed stick?!?!
Bad, Bad January is behind us now!
Well, the ghastly weather is (hopefully) behind us now. Seems like January came in like a penguin and left like a penguin. Its strange when you consider -20 deg C to be abolutely balmy! There is a theory that the winters have been mild the last few years and this years cold snap is a reality check... On the whole, though I think that winters are getting milder...spring seems to be coming earlier and the snow is holding off until later in the fall. I don't know about the Greenhouse but I am trying to contribute to the GAS!
Well, better go and get ready, we are going to see the movie, "Cold Mountain". It's a movie that one should see on the big screen, I think.
"Kinder nicht mehr an der Schultür abgeben" Ohhohahahahaha! That Schulbufeuggen guy kills me!
