pack-a-chew...packa-chew...packach-ew...pa-ckachew.........gedsundheit! how in the H-E-double hockey sticks do you pronounce it anyway? Pacacho...this is the luxury-resort- RV campground (no tents allowed!) where Gary is at this week. I found it on the web. Looks very nice! Gary, have you and Carol climbed that rock, yet? I see that it gets quite cool at night there.
Here it is cool too...no cold...welllll It's all relative (yeah, my brothers are in warmer places!), around -6 deg c. and we expect some snow later on today, around 3 cms or so they say. Let's see, for you US'ers it's about an inch and since there are 2.5 cms to an inch and well that would be a little over an inch....as they would say in Arizona....a smidge over and inch.
I was supposed to go to the CRM computer club this morning but I didn't sleep well and well, I'm just lazy. Life just gets so hectic and you got to step back once in a while! Besides I hate driving in that 'supernatural being'-damn traffic. Life is too short for traffic! Suzie's got the right idea; just a minute I'll wake her up and she can tell you for herself.
Catherine got a subbing job for this afternoon at the Island (Island lake school). This her first and I guess only job this week. Looks like the flu season, or at least this round of flu, is passed. Good thing I got the flu shot...so far its given me about 14% protection against the Fujian flu. BUT, they expect another round of flu to hit in the near fluture.
There is a partime job I want to apply for. Its scraping the sneeze guard at the salad bar in Applebees. But am I Qualified? Well I scrape car windows if there is a frost?! Let's see sneeze on...sneeze off... Just kidding, I probably couldn't handle all that responsibility after being retired for nearly 2 years!
