Today is Saturday. It is cool at around 15 deg c. and rainy.
Yesterday, we were busy running errands including renewing Auto-pac (car insurance). It costs $700.00 to insure the Tauras this year, but I should not complain because it probably costs a lot more in other provinces. The Corolla was somewhat less...in fact, they want to pay me to keep it off the road...... kidding.
Well, just four more days 'til Jack gets in and 6 more days until Margot and Joel get in. Margot and Joel have decided that they want to go with us to see the play, "Cookin' at the Cookery" at the Maintoba Theatre Cantre. We have season tickets and this is the first play of the season. It's about a blues singer called Alberta Hunter (do a google search on 'Alberta Hunter and her bio is the first entry), and we are looking forward to it. After the play we will order in some pizza and have the friends over. (Al & Janine and Pat & Paul who will be at the play with us).
Tonight we have a Manitoba Humanist dinner meeting....looking forward to it.
Well....tomorrow is another day....
